Never go longer than a 7 day juice cleanse. Fasting can have a variety of positive health benefits and has been practiced for hundreds of years , but abstaining from food for too long can be dangerous. I’ve found 3 day cleanses to be the sweet spot.

Beyond 28 days, you can decide how long more you want to go with your juice fast/feast. Some people have even done 92 days juice feast for complete healing. I am not usually one for fad diets but for the purpose of this article I thought I would get ‘bikini body ready’ and try a 3-day juice cleanse. So to give you the low down for three days I drank six 470ml juices (one every 3 hours), 3 litres of water a day and didn’t exercise.
