organic roasted dandelion root tea is caffeine free and pregnancy safe...it's great for the digestive system and tastes almost like black coffee. It's not exactly detox tea but it does make a difference. Beyond that...I you're having constipation issues...I always recommend psyllium husk...the coarse cut kind.
